5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are as agreed in the order confirmation. We reserve the right to withhold dispatch until due payments are received.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sonipat, Haryana.
